Dr Klaudia Cebula
I am a Clinical Psychologist. I have been working in mental health services since 2017, first in secure forensic services, and then in various community mental health services, working with people of all ages.
I currently work with adults in NHS secondary mental health care services alongside my private practice.
I offer individual therapy for adults. I use an integrative approach to therapy using a range of therapy models to suit your needs. These include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR). However, I draw particularly on CFT and EMDR as these approaches can help people work through painful memories, reduce shame and self-criticism, and develop a more supportive relationship with themselves. I am able to offer therapy in English and Polish.
I work online or in person in Beeston, Nottingham. I offer a free 15 minute call for further information.
