Dr Klaudia Cebula

I am a Clinical Psychologist. I have been working in mental health services since 2017, first in secure forensic services, and then in various community mental health services, working with people of all ages.

I currently work with adults in NHS secondary mental health care services alongside my private practice.

I offer individual therapy for adults. I have experience using a range of therapy models. However, I draw particularly on Compassion Focused Therapy and EMDR, approaches that can help people work through painful memories, reduce shame and self-criticism, and develop a more supportive relationship with themselves. I am able to offer therapy in English and Polish.

I work online or in person in Beeston, Nottingham. I offer a free 15 minute call for further information.
